Newlands Valley slowly climbs from the little village of Braithwaite near Keswick in the North Western Lakes. The road climbs slowly with breathtaking views back towards Skiddaw. The road hits 30% at the top with great views to Buttermere and beyond.

This study is painted in oils on 6mm Board. 19cm x 27cm. It floats in a wood effect frame with a subtle blue shadow mount.
