Looking across the snow fields of South Yorkshire to the distant hills of the Dark Peak. The Peaks are illuminated by the bright winter sun reflecting off the snow. The low sun casts long blue shadows across the lying snow.

This was a great day to paint, crisp and sunny and I was captivated by those distant hills.

The painting is ready to hang in a hand made white wooden ‘St Ives’ frame.
