The steel works at Rotherham dominates the skyline and can be seen from miles around. Once the biggest employer in the town in recent years the threat of closure has been ever present. I wanted to capture this industrial landscape at is part of our heritage and may soon be lost. This view is painted plein air from Lidl carpark!! It’s a great view!
