On my usual bike training routes I know I am close to home if I can see the man made mountain of Harworth Pit Top, it dominates the skyline in this part of South Yorkshire. This view is painted from the edge of Lord Scarborough’s estate west of Tickhill.

It is presented in a handmade black wooden float frame.
